Even in this price class, highquality titanium chassis, clamped in the latest generation of wave beads, and our aluminium-manganese tweeter systems provide unique and unadulterated Canton sound. The Center in 3-way construction is modern and neutral at the same time with its cabinet with elaborately painted, silk-matt baffles and the resistant structured decor in black and white. A stable aluminium grille gives the newly developed C 305 an attractive appearance. At the same time, it offers the loudspeaker systems reliable protection without negatively affecting the sound of the speaker.

Technical details

In the Center C 305, we use the highest quality materials from Canton and get the best possible sound quality out of the drivers with the three-way concept. The 154 mm woofers and mid-range drivers use titanium as the cone material, suspended in triple-folded wave surrounds that ensure controlled and error-free inward and outward oscillation up to the maximum excursion. The ideal playing partner is the well-proven aluminiummanganese tweeter with a 25 mm dome, which transmits music signals up to 40,000 Hertz. Thanks to the front transmission front plate, the tweeter system shines with an excellent radiation pattern. The silver-plated screw terminals with a receptacle for cable cross-sections of up to 10 mm2 offer maximum conductivity and guarantee long-term stable contact. The optional CantoLink 400 cable, available in our online shop, provides the perfect connection to your amplifier.

Attractive construction

The design of the horizontal Center C 305 is simple, neutral and modern. Its harmonious proportions are presented in an attractive cabinet with textured foil, which is given an extra dose of elegance by elaborately painted baffles in silk matt lacquer. Metal front grilles precisely recessed in a circumferential groove provide an additional visual highlight and also offer perfect protection for the loudspeaker drivers installed behind them. The nine-kilogram Center C 305 in closed-back design is ideal for installation on or in a TV rack and can demonstrate its sonic talents perfectly on the matching LS 300 or LS 660 stands.
